Honor the fallen

Honor The Fallen is an official 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in Tempe, AZ.

We host several family friendly events throughout the year to create opportunities to give back to families of fallen police, fire, and military personnel.

How it Started

Honor the fallen

Honor the Fallen was established in 2015 by Watus Cooper, inspired by a powerful moment after watching the movie "American Sniper," which tells the story of Navy SEAL Chris Kyle and the sacrifices of his fellow service members. Moved by the question, "Who supports the children after such a loss?" Watus felt compelled to make a difference. That very night, he set out to create an event that would provide much-needed support to the families of fallen heroes. This led to the birth of our flagship event, the 5K For Heroes. Since then, we have raised over $130,000 to directly benefit these families.

We are deeply grateful for your continued support in honoring the legacy of those who have given everything for our freedom.Thank you so much for your support!

Our mission is to support families of fallen heroes and provide support to organizations that come along side these families. We aim to partner with organizations to provide financial assistance and therapeutic programs and services that promote healing.
